What is epistemology?
The study of knowledge
What does objective mean?
Something that is true to everyone
What does subjective mean?
Something that is only true to yourself
What is the mind-independent?
Something that exists outside of the mind and is physically there to be perceived
What does unmediated mean?
Something that has nothing in between/unchanged
What is direct realism?
Perception of the external world is direct and unmediated, the immediate object of perception is mind-independent as properties of the object exist with the object itself
