What does it help with? Resumes make it easier for someone to write you a letter of recommendation as well as being part of the college, job, and scholarship applications. Do a brain-dump or use a template for your resume, be honest and not too humble, be "consistent" with little things such as the bolding of words like subtitles. The most recent things that happened to you should go in the beginning and the things farthest back should go towards the end. When writing your resume, ask some relatives for ideas (especially parents), at the very end have someone proofread like your guidance counselor. Stick to the formating of 1 page long and if you surpass the limit, don't just minimize the font, eliminate some things that might not be the most crucial things in your high school career. Include your own personal email and not your school email. Search for some templates online or with your counselor.
