Chapter 1: Weird Protein Desserts

  • No bake pumpkin cheesecake with 8 grams of protein per slice

    • Add one packet of low fat cream cheese to a bowl

    • Add one pumpkin spice premier protein shake

    • Protein shake is key to getting 58 grams of protein

    • Add half teaspoon of pumpkin spice

    • Add one small packet of sugar free cheesecake jello mix

    • Add one fourth cup of pumpkin puree

    • Mix together with a spatula or whisk

    • Use a blender if it gets clumpy

    • Pour mixture into a small graham cracker crust base

    • Chill for a few hours
