No bake pumpkin cheesecake with 8 grams of protein per slice
Add one packet of low fat cream cheese to a bowl
Add one pumpkin spice premier protein shake
Protein shake is key to getting 58 grams of protein
Add half teaspoon of pumpkin spice
Add one small packet of sugar free cheesecake jello mix
Add one fourth cup of pumpkin puree
Mix together with a spatula or whisk
Use a blender if it gets clumpy
Pour mixture into a small graham cracker crust base
