Chapter 1: Weird Protein Desserts

  • No bake pumpkin cheesecake with 8 grams of protein per slice

    • Ingredients:

      • One packet of low fat cream cheese

      • One pumpkin spice premier protein shake

      • One half teaspoon of pumpkin spice

      • One small packet of sugar free cheesecake jello mix

      • One fourth cup of pumpkin puree

    • Mix all ingredients together with a spatula or whisk

    • If clumpy, use a blender to make it smooth

    • Pour mixture into a small graham cracker crust base
